I'm quite fond of taking self-awareness quizzes, and I've found one online that I'd like to share with you. This quiz helps you identify which of your seven chakras may need a bit more attention. While this quiz is by no means scientific, I find it helpful to reflect on the questions, answer them honestly, and identify where I may need to focus some more of my energy.The results of my quiz revealed my Root and Solar Plexus/Navel Chakras to be under-active. Ah yes, I can see how this is so for me right now.

I got a 0% in my crown chakra... that can't be good, right?

All it means is that your crown chakra may be a little blocked or need a bit more attention. (And 0% isn't bad, really. I received negative percentages for my root and navel chakras!)
Perhaps connecting to ideas outside of your usual spectrum might help open this chakra a bit. Remember how the "Glass Man" in the film Amelie needed Amelie's strange video tapes to expose him to images/ideas outside his world? Maybe it's time to experience something new--something you've never experienced before?

Thanks for this link. I think it might be a good way to check on things every once in awhile. I found an over-active chakra that reminds me to take a reality check.
